What is DominatUp?

DominatUp is a digital platform connecting people with skilled artisans in Morocco. We make search, booking, communication and secure payment easy.

How does it work?

Clients search for a service, view artisan profiles, negotiate via secure chat, then book and pay in the app.

Is DominatUp available in my city?

We cover major Moroccan cities: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fes, Tangier, Agadir and more.

Is the app free?

Yes, download and signup are free for clients. Artisans get a free basic profile with premium options.

How do I book a service?

Download the app, create an account, search, choose an artisan and confirm after approving the quote in chat.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Split payments in 2–4 installments with funds protected until client validation.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, per terms with the artisan. Cancellation 24h+ before is usually free.

What if I have an issue with an artisan?

Contact support in the app or at contact@dominatup.com for mediation.

How do I become an artisan?

Download the app, create an artisan account, complete your profile and receive requests.

What documents are required?

Valid ID and, depending on trade, qualification proof. We verify every profile.

What commission does DominatUp charge?

A commission applies per successful transaction, shown at signup and in your dashboard.

When do I get paid?

After client validation, usually within 2–5 business days.

Is my personal data protected?

Yes. We comply with regulations and never share data without consent. See our privacy policy.

Is chat secure?

Messaging is encrypted and AI-moderated to protect both parties.
